1.The Gears of the equipment are made of 20crMnTi and 38GrMoli,which are heat-treated,carburized and nitrided by scientific means,so as to be firm and wear-resistant;
2.The belt pulley transmission mode of the whole machine can adjust the speed and protect the gear from the influence of starting;
3.Design of planetary secondary transmission structure to make the equipment more efficient and energy-saving in operation and output;
4.Separation design of built-in double bearings in transmission shaft to prevent the service life of gears and motors from being affected by agitation.
