Sanitary batch / dis continuous Mixer / Emulsifier is designed as high speed, high shear mixer and emulsifier for emulsion processing. Constructed of SS304 / SS316L, high shear batch mixer is mainly composed of a rotation shaft, a startor, a high speed rotor and the driving motor.

A batch high-shear mixer can process a given volume of material approximately twice as fast as an inline rotor-stator mixer of the same power rating.

In a batch high-shear mixer, the components to be mixed (whether immiscible liquids or powder in liquid) are fed from the top into a mixing tank containing the high shear batch mixer on a rotating shaft at the bottom of the tank.

high shear mixer can be permanently mounted to a mix tank or suspended over the vessel using a portable or permanent lifting mechanism.
